Terms and Conditions

These conditions apply to all deliveries and services related to BestBatteryDeal, to private users and companies.

Prices

The prices on our webshop are the current and valid prices. If the prices change after you have placed your order, this will not affect your order.

Shipping cost

Unless stated otherwise, you will not pay for any shipping cost.

Warranty

You have a 30 day full refund warranty. For items returned within this period, you will get a full refund.

You have a 12-month warranty on production faults. If the item is defective due to a production fault, we will replace your product. If replacement is not possible, BestBatteryDeal may decide to refund the money. See also “Returns”.

Not covered by warranty: the capacity of a battery is highly dependant on it's use (see also “Battery Maintenance” in our Info section). Even with proper use, the capacity of a battery will decrease over time. Therefore a refund/replace due to reduced battery-capacity is not covered by warranty (except for 30 day refund period).

Liability

BestBatteryDeal / Dutch Viking are not liable for any damage to goods, or injuries to people or animals, due to the use of the products delivered by us.

Returns

In order to avoid confusion, please only return products after correspondence with BestBatteryDeal. Add a copy of the mail correspondence to the return package. Packages that are returned without prior agreement with BestBatteryDeal can be rejected.

If you return items within the 30-day return period, always include the original packaging.

Ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped when returned. Non -or insufficiently- stamped packages will be rejected at delivery.

Pictures

The pictures on our website are used to support the identification of the correct product. The actual product may differ slightly from the pictures (for instance: color, placed stickers, etc).

Product Description

BestBatteryDeal attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, BestBatteryDeal does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Address details

Please pay attention that you enter the correct address when ordering. In the case of wrong or incomplete shipping address, it may be necessary to demand up to £ 10 handling fee, plus possible additional shipping costs.

Cancellation

A placed order is legally binding. You may cancel your order though within 7 working days after placing your order. Please send us en email within this period to cancel your order.

Legislation

Dutch legislation is applicable to our service and products.
